	Ray Eberts Age: 64 Position: President	Ray is the Founder, President and Treasurer of Eberts Construction Inc. He is the cornerstone of the entire corporation. Ray has been in the construction industry since 1973, he has stuck with his fledgling company through good and bad times and continues to strive towards perfection in his trade.
	Kyle Eberts Age: 28 Position: Vice President	The son of Ray, Kyle graduated from South Dakota State University in 2001 with a bachelors degree in Economics. He is the office manger of Eberts Construction Inc. and he has been with the corporation full time for over 5 years. Kyle has stepped into a management role in the company and is learning every day what it takes to manage a great company in Sioux Falls.
